It's very hard to lose weight and one has to be careful too and not over do it or do it too quickly.. otherwise I heard that the base metabolism rate may permanently get lowered and then we will gain the weight back even faster.. xD

我还是不减了!姑且不说把自己快饿死了,还要每天那么辛苦的跑十公里,还要做那么复杂的卡路里计算。跑步是为了快乐的生活,为了跑的快一点,搞得自己一点都不快乐了

還是不建議大家為了馬拉松減肥吧,要是減到肌肉就不好了
